Dragon Tamer is an interactive online story created by the autistic community at Actcessible. It will be available to play for free from 30 November 2025 on the Actcessible website.
The story follows a theatre caretaker who accidentally orders real dragon eggs while buying props. When the eggs hatch, the player explores the theatre, meets the dragons and learns how to calm the chaos that follows.
British Sign Language and Audio Description are available throughout the game. These are not extras but built in features that make the experience accessible to Deaf, hard of hearing, blind and visually impaired players. This approach supports inclusion and helps more people enjoy the story together.
The experience can be played directly in a web browser with no download required.
It includes:
British Sign Language and Audio Description throughout
Open captions and clear readable fonts
Keyboard friendly navigation
Simple visual layout for comfortable play
Dragon Tamer has been designed so that children, families and schools can enjoy it together and reflects Actcessible’s belief that creative work should be open and accessible to everyone.
Play online from 30 November 2025.
Made with joy. Designed for access.
