1. General Principles
By supporting Actcessible, you are helping us build a more inclusive world. We are committed to fundraising that is legal, open, honest, and respectful, in accordance with the Code of Fundraising Practice (2025/26). Actcessible is a Registered Charity (England & Wales) No: 1216226.
2. Text to Donate (SMS)
Donations: Texting a keyword to 70085 triggers a one-off donation (£5, £10, or £20).
Charges: You will be charged the donation amount plus one standard network rate message.
Requirements: You must be 16 or over and have the bill payer’s permission.
Fees: Our provider, Donr, charges a 5% fee; Actcessible receives 95% of your donation.Soft Opt-In (2026):
Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (in force as of Feb 2026), by donating you express interest in our work.
We may contact you by text with updates. To donate without receiving updates, text ACTNOW to 70085. To stop updates at any time, reply STOP.
3. Give as you Live (Shopping & Donate)
Online Shopping: Retailers pay a commission (percentage of spend) to Actcessible at no extra cost to you.Direct Donations: A 2.5% processing fee applies to donations made via our website button.
Actcessible has a formal Commercial Participation Agreement with Give as you Live Ltd.
4. The Actcessible LotteryAge Limit
You must be 18 or over to play.

Responsibility: Fundraisers are responsible for ensuring their event is safe and has appropriate local licenses or insurance where required.
